I love an item that is out-of-stock, how can I order it?
All of our products are handmade in Ecuador, which means that they take longer to produce. If you want an item that is out-of-stock, please send us an inquiry at orders@allkupets.com.
How should I clean Allku products?
Allku products are handwoven from fine, locally spun cotton or Alpaca wool. They have been treated to resist water and stains. If they do become dirty however, make sure you hand wash them in warm soapy water.
When will my order arrive?
If you have ordered a product to be delivered in the US you can expect your items to arrive within 5-10 business days.
Can I return my items?
We accept items if they are returned unused within 30 days of purchase and are not damaged.
How durable are Allku products?
All Allku products are reinforced with locally produced nylon so that they are both fashionable and very tough.
Defective Products:
We stand by the high quality of our product and work hard to make sure that each item shipped, stands up to the highest standards. If you have received a defective or damaged Allku product please contact us at support@allkupets.com
